About Us
Cuttack Development Authority was formed under Orissa Development Authority Act 1982. A statutory authority with an objective is Two-fold (Developmental and Regulatory)
• To take up planned and systematic development of such areas coming within CDA Area.
• To prepare development plans, undertake works pertaining to construction of housing colonies, shopping centers, markets, industrial estates and provide public amenities.
• To regulate development and use of land including private land and undertake schemes for improvement and clearance of slums and re-development programmes.
